ioops BBQ provides product catalog display, B2B wholesale inquiry processing, price quotes, and informational articles for restaurants, caterers, hotels, and food service partners across Hong Kong.

3. User Authentication & Google OAuth

Authorized personnel may access administrative features via Google OAuth 2.0 or verified credentials. Users agree to:

• Maintain the security and confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Not permit unauthorized third parties to access the admin system using their credentials.
• Notify system administrators immediately upon discovering any unauthorized account activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, text copy, food photography, graphic designs, and source code are the proprietary property of ioops BBQ Manufacturing Ltd. and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
